Description

Join us for a fun and interactive beginner’s acting class where young performers can learn what it means to be an actor! This class introduces students to the fundamentals of acting such as script analysis, performance techniques, scene work and much more. Students will learn to express emotions, develop characters, and build confidence on stage as well as explore the gifts and talents God gave them! Whether your child dreams of being on Broadway or simply wants to explore a new hobby, this class is the perfect starting point for their theatrical journey!

Joshua Taylor

Josh Taylor has been a part of CYT SA/NB since 2022. He has been involved in many different ways such as stage managing (CYT’s Matilda Jr), teaching, helping backstage, and building sets. You also might have seen him onstage in previous CCT shows such as The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Seussical the Musical, and Little Women. Josh has loved acting and singing since high school and is excited to share his passion for it with others. Josh’s connection to CYT/CCT runs deep, and it’s where he met his wife, HannahBelle, while they were both working on Little Women. They live in New Braunfels and are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their baby girl!
