Description

Dive into the enchanting world of theater costuming with our Theater Sewing Basics class designed exclusively for teens aged 13-18! This hands-on course introduces young aspiring costume designers and theater enthusiasts to the fundamental skills of sewing and garment creation, specifically tailored to the needs of stage performances. Throughout the course, students will embark on a creative journey where they will learn to transform fabric into captivating costumes that bring characters to life on stage.

*Our Fall Showcase for all New Braunfels classes will be Monday, Oct 14th at New Braunfels Bible Church.

Anna Murphy

Anna is a recent TCU graduate with a degree in Theater Design and Technology. She has been a part of CYT for 5 years. While in college she worked as a stage manager for the TCU Theater Department for 4 years, worked in scenic painting and has interned with multiple regional theaters across Texas.
